IMPORTANT

Below is a very useful website to check out if you'd like some help with your schoolwork. The Huntington Beach Library has a grant to offer online tutoring to HB students. You must have a HB Library card. There are live tutors available 1 to 10pm. After clicking on the owl, click on "Help Now--Live Tutors" (middle of page). Students who have used this service report that it is GREAT! Let us know what you think. Tell your teacher.

  • Click HERE to get immediate review of CAHSEE-type Math problems. This is a YouTube site that is available to anyone needing extra help in Math.
  • It is crucial that students attend on their assigned day and at their assigned time. As the semester proceeds, more and more students are enrolling, making it difficult for students to reschedule appointments with their teachers.

WELCOME TO STEVE CURIEL AND DANNY MORRIS
Steve Curiel is taking over as Principal of Coast High School . Danny Morris is our new Assistant Principal. Danny was previously AP at EHS.

Thank you for visiting the Coast High School web site. As the new principal for Coast High I am very excited and eager to join a team of teachers and support staff that is committed to working with students and making it possible for those students to independently pursue their high school diploma. As a fully accredited school, students and parents can expect the highest quality education and educational opportunities as students prepare for college or career. As you might expect, the workload for students who work independently from home is substantial and requires discipline and focus. Only students who are willing to dedicate a substantial amount of time each week, who can work independently, and who are not afraid to ask for help should consider enrolling at Coast High School. If you are that type of student then we are here to help you earn your high school diploma.

I look forward to seeing you on our temporary campus at Marina High School this year and for those not expecting to graduate until after 2011, we’ll also see you at our new campus next to Ocean View High School.
